INESS at the Europe Liberty Forum in Warsaw

From 12th – 13th May 2022, the Europe Liberty Forum took place in Warsaw. Representatives of INESS: Richard Ďurana, Monika Budzák and Paulína Ivanišová, participated in the international conference, which was originally scheduled to take place in Kiev. The event was organized by Atlas Network and its Polish partner think tanks and it brought together almost 300 participants from dozens of countries who - like INESS in Slovakia - are trying to promote economic freedom in their countries.

Before and after the event, training sessions and meetings were held for Atlas Network members. Richard Ďurana participated in a closed meeting for 26 invited European and American think tank CEOs called the Transatlantic CEO Summit from 9th – 11th May. For several days, the summit participants discussed the current economic situation in the Western world, the reactions of individual governments to the COVID-19 pandemic, but mainly the current conflict in Ukraine - the possible (geo)political and economic impact and also the possibilities of assistance to Ukrainian people. Monika Budzák attended an intensive training focused on strategic planning in the organization from 9th - 11th May. Paulína Ivanišová attended the MarCom training focused on marketing communication skills for think tanks from 14th - 15th May.
